Together, these two units offer 5 king bedrooms, 1 twin bunk bed, 1 queen Murphy bed, 1 queen sofa, and 5 full bathrooms. Additionally, our unit "615@The Beach," just 6 doors down on the same floor, provides an extra king bed, twin bunk, queen Murphy bed, and 2 more bathrooms.

Age Requirement & Capacity The maximum capacity for this unit is 10 guests, including children and infants under 2 years old, per Panama City Beach fire codes. Due to Florida city ordinance, the minimum age to book is 21+ years old in March and April. For all other months, guests must be at least 18+ years old. Resort Fee A resort fee of $133.78 is required for each reservation, paid directly to Laketown Wharf. A link for registering cars and wristbands will be sent to you, after booking, with detailed instructions. No Pets or Smoking Important Notice Please note, no pets or smoking are allowed in the unit. If pets or smoking are detected, a $3,000 fine will be charged. “For security purposes, we only accept bookings from guests with verified ID and prior positive reviews. Please complete your profile before requesting to book.”

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) From I-65 South to Exit 114 Georgiana/Starlington go left HWY 55 to Andalusia HWY 55 to Florala go though Florala right on HWY 331 to DeFuniak Springs. Left on HWY 20 to Ebro HWY 79 to Panama City Beach left HWY 98, right at R Jackson Blvd. Left Hutchison Blvd. Right on Front Beach Rd. Left on Thomas drive. Laketown Wharf on the left. Check in show your reservation email to the guardhouse. Then go into the lobby, go to the preregistered guest line (The shortest and faster line) show ID they will give you your packet. Then parking with be in the North garage to your left. Go to the 6th Floor there is a walkover, so you do not have to use the elevators.
