Honestly was the best experience I’ve had thus far, on Airbnb.
The property owners are amazing people.
If I had any questions, they were available immediately.
They were super friendly, family like!

I absolutely had an amazing time. Even when an issued came up concerning the air conditioner, they worked with me and did everything they could to help us. They were super helpful and friendly.

Stayed with my kids and grandson. We all had a blast. Plenty of room for a two year old to run around and play, yet safe bc Annette has a child lock on the top of the door (which without, he would have escaped lol). So this had my mind at peace. Lots to do in the surrounding area so we hardly had to drive and never ate the same thing twice. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with a huge pot and pan to make a meal for a large group such as our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again! Absolutely loved it.

Our family had a great time and wished we booked a longer stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook. We loved that there were plenty of towels and beach towels for the whole family. The extra we really enjoyed was the complimentary beach chairs! We would def come back and stay here again in the future.

Annette’s place was great for our (grown!) family if 8.
My only concern (and this isn’t Annette’s fault), was the bracelets that the resort requires you to wear while on site. These bracelets come off very easy and you are charged a replacement fee of $25 if you lose them. As I said, they are not easy to secure. Day 1 we lost 1 bracelet walking across the street to eat, and I thought I lost my bracelet somewhere between the unit and the parking garage— fortunately I was able to find it! I would imagine this could get expensive for families with smaller kids!
Otherwise, the unit was great! I would stay again! Annette is an amazing hostess!

Great view and walking distance from beach. Condo has a lot of amenities and such a great location. Annette was a very great host to have and very helpful. 10/10, will definitely be back

Our host was very helpful and informative. The condo is very comfortable and feels like home. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the beach toys were a wonderful extra.

Great stay! Plenty to do for active and social lifestyles, but also comfortable to stay in for the evening. Beautiful view and great amenities. Annette went out of her way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The unit had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at Annette’s vacation home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect — close to all the fun in Panama City Beach, yet peaceful enough to unwind at the end of the day. Annette was a wonderful host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend!
